At ArshadPc Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds on Cash on Delivery orders.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Conditions for Returns
- Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Product is in original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Software, consumables, and personal care items
- Products without original packaging
Return Process
- Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
- Item is inspected upon return
- Refund or replacement is processed within 3-5 business days
Refunds
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
- Bank transfer to your account within 5 business days
- Or credit toward future purchase (processed immediately)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears return shipping costs.
